Join us on a 4-week journey exploring and navigating the intersection of not-enoughness, perfectionism, powerlessness, and habitual behaviors. Y12SR Leaders, Kristen Williams and Cheryl Donnelly will share the work of Embody Love Movement through the lens of recovery and healing. Together, we will unpack and discuss how emotional narratives show up in our daily lives and work to create new & healthier versions.
