Join us for a Womens Healing Circle in which we will discuss yoga philiosophy and investigate through mediation and discussion what we want to focus on for self healing for the coming year. Enjoy a 45 minute Guided Yoga Nidra practice to support deep relaxation and enhance positive well being. *minimum of 4 people needed
