Y12SR- Yoga for 12 step Online Meeting

Service Description

This online version of the Y12SR class is open to all individuals suffering from addiction or a loved one suffering from addiction. All A's are welcome. Each class we will open with the Introduction and a topic for the class will be introduced. After our meeting format we will move into our Yoga/Guided Meditation portion of the class.
